A 70-year-old male patient presented with right flank pain. Subsequent abdominal and pelvic MRI demonstrated a 1.6-cm mass in the upper pole of his right kidney. Right partial nephrectomy was conducted on follow-up. Two microscopic images are provided: [Figure 1] and [Figure 2].
