Hairy polyp of nasopharynx--a case report.

A specific subtype of teratoid tumour occurring in nasopharynx and oropharynx has been mentioned as «SQ»hairy polyp«SQ». This is a rare lesion and is to be differentiated from true teratomas. A case of hairy polyp of nasopharynx in a 12 year old girl is reported.
